Fitbodies offers over 18 years of professional experience in fitness coaching, and motivation to achieve personal goals.

Pam Kruse, owner of Fitbodies, is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, American Council On Exercise, and holds a graduate degree in Exercise Physiology.

Pam offers her expertise as an exercise therapist and networks with Licensed Physical Therapists.

A Competitive Triathlete, she has consistently placed in the top three in her age group for the last ten seasons.

Pam's Fitness Philosophy

"Fitness goes far beyond just making you look good. It improves your health and well being, quality of life, and self esteem. I believe fitness should be fun and enjoyable, something to look forward to and something that leaves you feeling satisfied and successful."
