Total Body Conditioning - Sculpt your way through a variety of power- packed exercises that will help build muscular strength and endurance, enhance agility and challenge your balance and proprioceptive skills. Working with multiple tools such as the TRX Suspension System and BOSU Balance Trainer, you will achieve multidimensional results with functional strength training exercises that focus on dynamic movement and power.
Core Performance Circuit - This high energy class uses functional body movement skills in three dimensional planes of resistance to improve strength, coordination, and balance that translate into optimal performance for daily activities and recreational sports.
Structured in a circuit format, this class uses a variety of "toys" to include stability balls, medicine balls, cables, CYBEX Functional Trainer, BOSU, TRX, tubing and dumbbells.
Turbo Train - The ultimate indoor ride. The best results, great for Triathletes and Cyclists. Improve your cycling skills by performing drills and techniques that simulate training for various terrains. Experience and visualize hill climbs, fast flats and exhilarating finishes while focusing on speed, power, intensity and technique. You will need your own bike and trainer.
PiYo - A fusion of Yoga and Pilates: Achieve optimal musculoskeletal performance; strength, flexibility and endurance; without risking injury or building bulk. With a focus on core stability, patterned breathing and neutral alignment to restore natural curves in the spine, and relieve tension to revitalize the mind and body.
