Pam's Triathlon Programs
Coach Pam Kruse develops personalized, manageable,and innovative training programs for all athletes drawing from 10-plus years of racing and training experience.
This is a year round structured training program that will give you the personal touch you need to be successful at sprint to Olympic distance events.
Each six week program builds from the previous one giving you a systematic training program to help you reach your potential. It is progressive, understandable,
and easy to follow regardless of your ability level.

- Swimming
- Cycling
- Running
- Transitions
- Mental Training
- Tapering
The 2010 Tri season races to train for include:
- TriKauai: July 18, November 21, 2010
- Tinman: July 25, 2010
- Na Wahine: September 12, 2010
You can select any combination of the following triathlon training programs:
- Tri Train Schedules: Weekly training schedules for the 2010 season available in January 2010. Click here to see a Sample Schedule .
- Turbo Train/T-Run Workout: Tuesdays, Fitbodies studio at 8:00am
- Track Run: Thursdays at Vidinha Stadium at 4:15.
