Pam's Triathlon Programs
Coach Pam Kruse develops personalized, manageable,and innovative training programs for all athletes drawing from 10-plus years of racing and training experience.
This is a year round structured training program that will give you the personal touch you need to be successful at sprint to Olympic distance events.
Each six week program builds from the previous one giving you a systematic training program to help you reach your potential. It is progressive, understandable,
and easy to follow regardless of your ability level.
You'll have access to extensive information on:
- Heart Rate Training
- Periodization
- Strength Training
- Nutrition
- Swimming
- Cycling
- Running
- Transitions
- Mental Training
- Tapering
Year round training programs using Training Peaks online coaching. Determine if you are in need of a basic online coaching plan
or if you want a customized plan. Fees are as follows:
Basic online coaching: $60 every six weeks.
Training plans are a perfect tool for the self-coached athlete who wants a targeted pre-built plan. Athletes can customize these
plans further so that the pre-built plan fits into their schedule including vacation time, travel days and non-traditional days off.
Athletes following these plans have succeeded again and again. You can too!
By registering via e-mail you authorize FitbodKauai.com to automatically re-enroll you for subsequent 6-week programs at a cost
of $60.00 each unless you cancel your registration 5 days prior to the beginning of the next program.

Personalized coaching:
$75 Start up fee; $120.00 month- Includes weekly email contact with your coach, access to your basic Training Peaks account.
Includes:
- Evaluation of past training
- Develop future goals specific to the individual athlete
- Workouts are sent in blocks of three weeks
- Weekly communication via e-mail ;TrainingPeaks.com account
- Programs are structured to the individual athlete to include the following:
- Detailed description of the workouts
- Purpose of the workout (speed,strength, recovery, etc.)
- Correct heart rate training zones and effort
- Distance and time to be covered in the workout
- Any other specific details or comments tailored to the athlete
- Periodic testing to asses fitness gains, or weak areas
- Taper plan
